FILMING ON SITE DURING BATTLE IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PERSONNEL BE ALLOWED INTO CLOSED AREAS , CAMPS OR ON THE BATTLEFIELD DURING THE BATTLES.
NO COMMERCIAL OR VENTURE VIDEO WILL BE ALLOWED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THAT PREARRANGED THROUGH THE TUNNEL HILL HISTORICAL FOUNDATION. NO REENACTOR FOOTAGE FOR SALE OR FUTURE SALE ALLOWED WITHOUT SPECIFIC PERMISSION. NO ON FIELD CAMERA OR CAMERA CREWS WITHOUT PRIOR EVENT ARRANGEMENT.
No Reenator registration fee, donations will go directly to the Tunnel Hill Historical Foundation for preservation on site, usual amenities, bedding hay, water, firewood, Horse hay provided to register units with mounts (CURRENT COGGINS PAPER REQUIRED FOR ENTRY ONTO SITE..NO EXCEPTIUONS), Artillery bounty for first 6 full size guns registered and in both Saturday and Sunday battle (Check issued Sunday... no powder), Sutlery is by prior arrangement through the Sutler Coordinator or Event Coordinator due to site carrying capacity, Ball Saturday night for the Period Attired Participant (no modern participation at the Ball... viewing on side is permitted), Battle announced by Rick Revel of Heritage Keepers. NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ON SITE. THIS IS A COUNTY OWNED PARK. WE MUST BEHAVE AS GUESTS OR FACE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR ACTIONS.

The Period Civilian Camp will be adjacent to the Sutlery Area. This will allow access when the previous areas
have required us to move you all to the far side of the Battlefield due to wet
ground in front of the Austin House.
